I wouldn't say that. He has done a lot since the early 90's regarding all this. If it's his personal money, which a lot of it was, that doesn't mean he's going to share all the knowledge. IF the government did it, maybe it's a secret. Afterall, they wanted to weaponize it.

Good question! I’m not sure the government is as organized & effective as people think. Private industry is more effective at research & execution. Why does the government allow private space exploration? Ownership of the ranch was privately held by Bigelow from 1996-March 2016.

Private companies aren’t required to have oversight like government agencies. I believe Bigelow was basically being the proxy for the governments research.

Yup and while Bigelow was there they had NIDS at one point and later BAASS and then AATIP.. the threat identification program bc so many diff shaped ships flown over the ranch trying to identify each one
