Explain this @MickWest: When the team discovered the dead cow, BOTH Kaleb’s iPhone AND Thomas Winterton’s Galaxy S9 started malfunctioning. Caught on camera. Not re-enacted. Not fabricated. And this is not an isolated incident on the ranch (different makes/models/settings)

Those are called "ghost touches", a very common type of fault in phones, both iPhone and Android.pic.twitter.com/VuDNVDMxw0

Lmao!!! I love this exchange! What is the statistical probability of two completely different phones, from different manufacturers and different operating systems BOTH malfunctioning at the same time? While RF energy & gamma energy is being logged by multiple devices?

That depends on how much they malfunction normally. Did they check after? And those RF levels were NOT high. Trifield meter is for EMF hypochondriacs, and only goes up to 20 mW/m2. It maxes out near a phone.

That's way too far to get 20 mW/m2...especially on radio mics! Come on Mick.

I've got a TriField meter. It goes over 20 mw/m2 with my iPhone just when it connects to the internet over cellular (shown here as 1----)pic.twitter.com/ryd9Kx8pmN

To clarify, try holding your RF meter at the same distance in the photos you cited (where they had their mics in their pocket and the meter in their hands in the air). You're not going to get the kind of readings you demonstrated in your video from mics.

Another fun/interesting thought: what could also be causing multiple phones to experience sudden battery drainage & to shut off, while the other meters are going crazy? Spooky “ghost touches”? ;)

I don't know. Did you investigate that? Seems like it would be VERY amenable to scientific investigation. Was there any?

That (phones suddenly drained & shut off, unusual instrument readings) happened multiple times during filming...for example, when they were exploring the cave...where Travis also got light-headed.

But you never set up any experiments. You had a bone-fide unexplained phenomena that you could test, but you didn't set anything up to test it?

Sure the team ran numerous tests and experiments, many of which haven’t been shown...there are entire days of footage, activities & experiments that have ended up on the cutting room floor. It is the frustrating reality associated with the television medium...so challenging.
