She is, but humans can barely understand the concept of ET operating on earth. Adding annother layer of ghost stigma sabotages the disclosure efforts of us all. Sure, what people think ghosts are might just be ufo technology related but earth people don't understand that yet.
Most people won't get this... But in order to get closer to the what appears to have occurred/is occurring.... One has to make trade offs. Know you'll be discredited if you cross a line. Some maintain their credibility but most do not.
