Do you consider it a dangerous place?
I had never seen a UFO, ghost, orb or other paranormal phenomena of that nature prior to owning the ranch. I was a healthy skeptic, & felt there was most likely a prosaic explanation for what had been observed/claimed. I was wrong. I have witnessed things that defy explanation

It can be dangerous, unpredictably. We try to always approach the ranch with a degree of humility and reference. We are dealing with unknown/unexplained forces and phenomena.

Good question! When I was approached by science advisers from the past regarding the potential opportunity, I was interested based on both the historical narrative & potential opportunity to utilize a secure living laboratory that could potentially prove that we are not alone.
