Easiest way to understand Super String theory is to look at it like a block of flats each floor has residents the residents are not aware of each other but sometimes they can meet in a communal area ie lift ,lobby etc the communal areas on Earth is where gravity is weakest

Interesting idea. Sometimes I think all realities play out over time in different planes of existence. Our minds are quantum computers that synthesize a reality for our physical body to thrive in. When studying consciousness its important to remember that the mind is physical too
