Likely don’t need to put those on the show Mick. I don’t think he is saying there are prosaic answers for the things presented on the show.

We have learnt over the past two years that Mick will go to the extreme to explain away anything unusual, ensuring it has a ‘rational’ explanation every time, even when there might no be an rational explanation.

I would love to confirm a natural, prosaic explanation for what we are seeing...every time we are able to do that, I see it as progress. As I often say, we are trying to separate the signal from the noise, & prefer to focus on that which is most “interesting”, and has merit.

Yeah, and that's where I'm coming from - explain the explainable, debunk the debunkable, and whatever remains should be golden. We might have different expectations regarding how much will remain here once the work is done, but the process should still be the same.

I agree with & appreciate this! I acquired the ranch as an open minded skeptic, actually expecting that there would be natural explanations for what had been claimed & observed, along with the potential that it was most likely an adult scientific snipe hunt of sorts. I was wrong

As BAASS found out with their order of MUFON field investigator manuals - we were trained to rule out all prosaic explanations first. Lots of boring work actually to pull that off. Mick West is an Uber Investigator but not always right. I appreciate the methodology

I like Mick West. But to be honest -- I prefer a skeptic who is more open minded. Someone like Kevin Knuth. Mick comes off as being dogmatic in his view of the universe. He's just too certain that he's right, for example, about the Nimitz Event. This compromises objectivity IMO.
