Brandon, I've spent a lot of time in that region of Utah, reporting on archaeological issues. I've been asking Utah scientists I know well--who know all the remote ranches. They never heard of "Skinwalker." It's bogus. The real story is why this urban myth persists.
I respectfully disagree. Strange activity has been reported in the Basin for a very long time. According to neighbors and residents, events have been occurring for generations.
