As you already said, Mr. Fugal, the alleged testimonies don’t really matter, but I do feel it warrants mention that stories lacking names & citations are weak sauce. If we can’t agree on standards of evidence, we’ve nothing to build on. It’s either scientific or it’s not.

Understood. I agree. I initially thought it was all b.s. That said, I’ve conducted 4 years of due diligence & was surprised at the number of testimonies provided (first hand) from credible people regarding strange accounts on or in close proximity to the ranch predating Sherman.

Did they provide their evidence of "activity" prior to the ranch becoming famous? Or is it all ex post facto? It's a bit like the Amityville Horror and all the details that got back-filled into a largely fictitious story.

Good question. Yes, in at least 4 of the cases, individuals reported the activity before events concerning the ranch were publicized.

While that may very well be true, Lynda, people claiming to be conducting scientific study have responsibilities to observe & respect the protocols & definitions of same. If they’re not doing science, simply stop claiming they are.
