I have had several people claim that they have experienced healing, rejuvenating affects relative to the property. I have NO data or way to validate this. The data & hard evidence we have gathered is related to very real negative incidents & experiences… Acute medical episodes.

Do you ever worry that people are being put in harm's way? Your own brother worried about flying over parts of the ranch and for good reason, it seems. I'm sure they all understand what they've signed up for, and hopefully satisfying their curiousity is worth the risk.

People don’t have to be present, that is certain. I don’t believe it is always putting on a “display” or necessarily reacting to video surveillance.

Jacques Vallée reported computer tampering on the security system during his time with NIDs. Do you know if they ever figured out who did that? Surely the phenomena doesn't hack computers? Or does it?
