Although there are claims of folks going there to be healed, in addition to the UFO sightings and other weird reports. I wonder of there's a yet unknown "upside" to Skinwalker?
I have had several people claim that they have experienced healing, rejuvenating affects relative to the property. I have NO data or way to validate this. The data & hard evidence we have gathered is related to very real negative incidents & experiences… Acute medical episodes.

Do you ever worry that people are being put in harm's way? Your own brother worried about flying over parts of the ranch and for good reason, it seems. I'm sure they all understand what they've signed up for, and hopefully satisfying their curiousity is worth the risk.

I worry quite a bit. That is why we have had everyone carrying monitoring devices and equipment, in order to hopefully avoid harmful areas and situations…We have worked to improve the sophistication of our investigation through each phase, which includes enhanced safety.
