As Travis told, he started to experience nightmares as soon as he set his foot on the ranch. And continue to this day when I understood him correctly.
This is true, and has plagued other visitors and investigators over the last several decades…Many refuse to ever return. I don’t blame them.

Not at all...it is pretty mixed between positive and negative. The ranch can be a very peaceful, strikingly beautiful place. It reminds me of Westworld

There are mystics that say that most dreams originate in the so called Astral realm. It is like a more subtle version of physicality but a lot more malleable. The ranch could be a place where the physical and astral is very close.

A lot of spiritual teachers have warned to not play around in the astral realms since there are a lot of questionable beings and we usually have not (yet) the spiritual tools or state of being to handle this.
