I spent an hour and a half on the phone with Brandon Fugal a couple of weeks ago. He told me a different story than Taylor is hyping, and said that there was no conclusive evidence of anything unearthly/alien yet found. I wouldn't trust TV puffery as far as I can throw it.

I would love to hear the physics that would allow physical bodies to travel to the afterlife, or how a soul would detach from a body and traverse the same gulf. The logic of a physical, material afterlife boggles the mind.
You and me both! :) I agree. Scientists have been trying to utilize string theory & M-theory to explain the potential physics...fascinating stuff! I believe we are barely scratching the surface relative to understanding the nature of the universe and our own very existence....

At one level, Brandon, this question is very much in keeping with the longstanding effort around the edges of mainstream science to try to render the supernatural scientific and the fold God into the material universe.
