Ron just showed to all of us why he has never been, nor would ever be a leader or Captain of a team. When you need him, he is not there for you. Just himself and worried about what outsiders think of him. SAD.

Wow...just...wow. I stopped watching after 45 seconds. That was BORING! Like really, really boring. And I know Ron is trying to make amends, I get it, and good on him, but it’s glaringly obvious HNIC is gonna struggle without Don there.

While Cherry was saying what he was saying that night, McLean sat there nodding along and gave him a thumbs up at the end. As soon as there was any sign of trouble McLean started backpedaling to cover his own ass. Watching this babbling attempt to justify it makes me wanna
