Lieu landing allegations and not allowing Barr to respond is “leading the witness” and clearly a miscarriage of justice. This type of questioning is feckless and must stop. If he wants to vilify instead of seeking the truth perhaps he should stick to Twitter and resign.

Stating facts is not "leading the witness". It's unconstitutional to randomly arrest unarmed peaceful protesters exercising their CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT if they have not committed a crime. That is carte blanch dictatorial fascism.
