I can't understand what goes thru this woman mind, are if she even has one, didn't they release some prisoner in within 24 hours 1 lady was raped and killed, and another killed a poor elderly man. Don't think think that plan worked

Here's where I disagree. We have WAY too many people incarcerated in the US, & it is tilted towards the poor and people of color. This is an OPPORTUNITY to reduce our prison pop. so only the real, hardened criminals are there, not just victims of our failed drug policies.
