No, they didn’t vote their conscience, they felt their wants and choices were more important than the millions who voted in their state. There is no conscience there, it was a selfish, hurtful, ignorant desires to completely exclude the will of voters in their state.
So-called "faithless electors" are electors who voted their conscience in the 2016 Electoral College rather than support the popular candidate.
