@BraddJaffy @MSNBC Umm...In letter today, Comey told Congress that the FBI "had completed" its investigation of Clinton. This is definitely a "re-opening."

@PoliticsQNA it was closed. It still is closed. These emails aren't even Clinton's. They couldn't comment on it if investigation was open.

@aaamanda The emails are from a government staffer's phone. Not sure what it means, but clearly references Clinton's email server on some level.
