Here is how the NC Legislature should Defend our 2022 maps.
They used all the rules set up to create the 2020 maps to have them declared constitutional when they created the 2022 maps, plus they kept it very transparent and had hearings.

They followed the rules, they didn't use racial data, they still were called racist for not looking at it, (last time they were called racist for looking at it)

Note if you take places like Greensboro, Charlotte, Raleigh/Durham and give them to the Democrats you break the rules that are to be used on making maps. (Size, length, population of districts)

So if they now try to declare these 2022 maps unconstitutional just because the left has the opinion they could be more partisan towards the Democrats, what they are really saying is the 2020 maps should have been unconstitutional.
