What BS? They don't pay the full rate of tax due to higher deductions than lower income individuals. Many pay next to no tax. How much FTB do they support?

If I was leader of a country I'd want my citizens intelligent and healthy... not dumb and sick. Most folks I speak to say they would rather pay a high tax in return for free education and free health. It's a win win situation. If Europe can do it so can we ....
