@TeamYouTube It appears that our 9-year old channel (http://youtube.com/botcrawl ) was wrongfully suspended. We appealed with no luck. Can we obtain support or speak to someone for assistance? We would like to be reinstated as we clearly did not violate guidelines. Thank you

Hmm, can you give us the correct channel URL, so we can investigate further? Also, we send emails and notifications every time there are changes on your account. Have you received an email about the suspension? Keep us posted.

That is the correct URL (botcrawl). It was suspended a few months ago. Trying to obtain support has been difficult until we noticed you respond to Twitter. We received emails after the suspension but were never warned prior nor had any issues.

We tried looking up your channel but we can't locate any aside from the new one created last April 2019. If you can still sign in with the email address linked to that channel, try looking for your channel ID using the steps outlined here: https://yt.be/help/H24G

We are unable to sign in because it is suspended. This is an email used for the last appeal: youtube-disputes+17maieoy0p1z904@google.com We would appreciate continued support and solutions since this was a wrongfully suspended 9-year old channel we worked hard on.

We really couldn't find the channel with the URL (http://youtube.com/botcrawl ) you provided. Get to into the nitty–gritty and have this further investigated, we need the correct URL. Keep us posted.

Appeals are very carefully reviewed. If your appeal is rejected, there's nothing more we can do. If you believe a mistake has been made during the appeal process, feel free to share more context with us here and we’ll see if we can help.

Our videos were never deceptive, dishonest, or misleading. We had never been warned of such in 9 years. We never promoted anything in our videos including our own website. We produced simple videos over a course of 9 years to help people filter spam or remove programs.
