People there are not very happy individuals. The rules on life are restrictive, personal freedom is non existent. It's futuristic alright!

In fact, yes. Since colonial times, when almost all its rainforest was felled by the British, Singapore has embarked on mammoth tree planting schemes. Hence why it’s now the most biodiverse city on Earth.

It troubles me that airport expansion is going on all over the world when we need to be reducing our carbon footprint. Even if it's full of plants and the water is collected rainwater, this is environmentally a bad thing.
