Some good news for you on Sunday: There is no such thing as an unhealthy food, just unhealthy diets. The value of food is not just about the chemicals it is made up of, but the pleasure it brings. So eat food, enjoy it and don’t let fearmongers get you.pic.twitter.com/EfjCDXEeeM

Even more good news! What you eat doesn’t make you a morally better (or worse) person. That’s just not how food works. Ironically, judging people by what they eat however... https://twitter.com/pktje/status/1132549774102671360?s=21 …

"Both!" said Pooh. "But without the bread," he added, as he was on a gluten-free diet.

Fun fact, the fodmap avoiding diet Drs recommend to control IBS means no gluten, or honey... luckily I don’t think Pooh has that as he’s stuffed with fluff not over active gut bacteria...

"unhealty diets" Surely you're aware of @70s_party? Some of that food we used to eat could melt a nuclear reactor :-)

In the 80s some of our foods were the same cheery blue glow as a nuclear reactor...
