Sadly, one of our officers had a bad experience @AceHardware store in Allston today. While in the store, an employee stated, “I smell bacon.” When the officer asked for an apology, he was told there’d be none. In response, items purchased were returned and a customer lost.pic.twitter.com/ULodBWpiJy
UPDATE: Good news. Representatives from @AceHardware have reached out and spoken to the officer involved in the earlier incident. During the conversation, an apology was offered and graciously accepted by the officer with both parties agreeing that mutual respect benefits us all.
Maybe you should reflect on why people don't like you.
