I hope it's for the year! Yikes! And Northeastern has a trimester system, so that would be tripled for a year.

Keeping their money will not stand up in a court of law. They need to refund that money ASAP and prevent further financial loses by having to defend, the defenseless in a Court of Law. No reasonable jury would award them the entire Tuition.
