So angsty middle class honor students can stop being mad at diversity students with marginally lower gpas and recognize that it’s actually some private school kid that got “your spot”.

I am shocked, SHOCKED, I say, that an expensive, private university can only be afforded by those with money.

Most Ivy league schools offer full scholarships. With the cost of college these days even with financial aid poor kids can't afford college and ate at such a disadvantage with the education they receive. Hopefully we can change this before it's to late :(

The cost of college has skyrocketed because of the ease of "financial aid". Then the loaners collect the benefits while many loanees are left with degrees that are useless and mountain of debt. Everyone does not NEED a college degree. It's a scam.

Tell that to employers. Most all entry level jobs require a four year degree.

Which has cheapened four year degrees. A degree used to mean something. Now, the college mill rakes in the dough because 'degrees' are 'needed'.

Yep. Whenever I’m over near divinity ave I think to myself, gee whiz that’s a lot of republicans. I mean , just look at all those republicans on the Harvard campus.

Harvard’s website says students with parents who earn less than $65k receive full scholarships and 90% of families pay less tuition at Harvard that they would at a state school.
