While Kapernick was kneeling for the American flag under an Obama presidency he was wearing a shirt glorifying Fidel Castro, what was Castro’s philosophy on state sponsored brutality?

Who’s screaming? I asked a question about what he actually stands for. And this isn’t about fashion, Castro under Cuba practiced in significant state sanctioned brutality . Is he ok with that ? Imo Communism relies on such brutality, its fundamentalhttps://www.hrw.org/news/2016/11/26/cuba-fidel-castros-record-repression …

That
#BritishHelmet was not about cookies and milk it represents the oppression of the african people in the 1700s as in some parts of Africa today.(ShakaZulu) death over throwing brought on an oppressive regime of Colonialism of SouthAfrica.#Melania claims to speak 5 -
I googled it after I saw your reply and briefly read something on it. I have seen that type of hat before in movies. I will have to look into the issue more . Thanks

What if we just called them contributions to American history and culture? (Also, how does one contribute to history in their own time?)
-
Cause that's not what the award is for... "W.E.B. Du Bois Medal... by the Hutchins Center for African and African American Research at Harvard." everyone is contributing to history in their own time. History is just remembering what we did. History is happening now.

I didn’t realize being black and throwing a temper tantrum made you a revolutionary. If that’s the case I should be getting this award. From 6-18 I threw some of the best temper tantrums
-
Kneeling respectfully on a sideline after modifying your behavior after a conversation with a former ranger, and talking thoughtfully eloquently and thoughtfully about your reasons, as well as donating a lot of money to the cause you lost your job over, is hardly a temper tantrum
