So I actually read the article (as a Springfieldian, I've been following the casino devel with interest) and it really does sound like a nontraditional design... and they chose the photo of the one completely traditional part as the lead image. Because The Globe, I guess.

Say what you will about commenter culture; the focus here should really be on the Globe's decision to be like "you know what best illustrates this article about how rabbit health and population size are on the rise? A big ol' pile of dead bunnies!!!"

Like, the description of the casino design and interior style actually sounds really weird and interesting! Hidden Dr. Seuss and Emily Dickenson references with salvaged chandeliers and plentiful Merriam Webster dictionaries!
