According to filings in the recent affirmative action lawsuit against Harvard, the university’s records show that every year about 60 students — mostly white and well-connected — enter Harvard through what is called the Z list. http://bos.gl/X1C3xmP pic.twitter.com/6aqhReyDTf

Didn’t @Harvard want to bring back the 60s and have a Black only graduation? MLK is turning is grave and he absolutely would have voted for @realDonaldTrump 🇺🇸

Imagine the elites getting their kids into an elite college. I figured the Boston Globe would support this action as i am sure there are some Dem politicians kids on this list

Harvard, and any college, can select whomever they want. That lawsuit is ridiculous.

@fernandesglobe I don’t follow. The article doesn’t cite anyone from Harvard who says there is an actual Z list, but then the second half of the article assumes it is fact.

But doesn't Harvard get to define what Harvard is? Why not find a school that you like. Going to school is a privilege to begin with (and a lot of work). Do they want to get an education or job training, or do they want to go to Harvard (I'm not going to Harvard (no offense).

Why do you think this is wrong ? Alumni kids everywhere get preferential treatment. Its not a meritocracy.
