This could of been prevented if we policed our borders properly. The blame lays entirely at the feet of our government and lack of interest in policing our borders correctly!
I’m appalled by this tragic incident in Essex. I am receiving regular updates and the Home Office will work closely with Essex Police as we establish exactly what has happened. My thoughts are with all those who lost their lives & their loved ones.

Unfortunately it seems likely that this happened BECAUSE we police our borders so robustly. The truck appears to have come to the UK from Bulgaria through Dublin-Holyhead, probably to avoid the well guarded channel ports. Whatever your political persuasions, this is Tragic

Sure you are. Thanks for making this country so unpalatable to live in for those who are entitled to live in it - not to mention those, who are seeing it as the destination of tolerance and acceptance, giving up their lives at home and trying to make it abroad and contribute.q
