Censorship historically makes things worse. He has many minority guests on the show, the difference between them and you is they have a sense of humor. Yesterday the hodge twins are on. He asked them about his racism, go check out what they had to say.

Being kicked out of a public space for talking shit isn’t censorship. And why would there be any reason to listen to the few members of minorities who support him compared to the many others who recognize his shithead ways?

In this case, YouTube. Cr*wder’s videos are publicly accessible, yes? He does everything he can to maximize subscribers and viewers, yes? It’s the same thing as yelling slurs in a bar, and the bar staff would have the right to kick him out.

The content is hosted by YouTube, which means that they have the right to remove any of that content and it isn’t censorship. It’s the bar staff in this analogy. The videos are in the public space, in this case the bar. It’s not a complex comparison.

Cr*wder can’t play the only victim to corporate “censorship”, it’s a wind that blows both ways. For every slur-touting would-be comedian that gets demonetized there’s a trans-supportive video for kids that gets removed for “sexual content” too.

You can have both, or you can have neither, but the same group that talks a big noise about free speech is often found pulling the “think of the children” card when it comes to progressive outlets.

So either harmful content gets cut out, and we as a society keep working on settling the rules on what is harmful, or nothing gets cut, comedians use slurs, and schools cover gender variability in sex ed
