    A TRAUMA RESPONSE that lingers into adulthood is a constant background humming in R brain saying we’re not safe&it turns into a high pitch scream when we’re triggered. Dont panic its the voice of ur frightened child-reassure them the dangers over&youre safe. Seek help with it too
