I think one thing that has changed about me a lot in the past few years is I now completely believe in the jokey aphorism "Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you"

Similarly, just because you have anxiety doesn't mean everything isn't about to go horribly wrong And just because you're depressed doesn't mean you aren't completely helpless in a situation that is genuinely hopeless

Realistically though we should all be entitled to drugs at this point And I don't mean antidepressants, I mean if you're anxious you should be able to select any pharmaceuticals you want at the pharmacy
