    One of the things we do throughout the year with training is a Joint Health Questionnaire in our App. This allows us to program in a manner that keeps the Athlete moving forward without losing any qualities that have been gained during the long process

    Girls also came back to finish 2nd in the 4x400m relay. While our very young guys group continue to build towards another meet next weekend learning the ins/outs if race model & high level competition!

    Insanely proud of our crew today. HS Athletes took it to some Collegiate Athletes doing what we do everyday in Training: Compete! Jaiden: 7.82 (60m Champ & Meet Record) Brielle: 9.03 & 8.12 (60H Champ & 3rd in 60) Meghan: 7.99 (Runner Up in 60) Caitlin: 8.43 (7th)

    Yes, I know a lot about sprinting. The blend of power & finesse is both exciting & therapeutic. An elite sprinter has layers of purposeful movement that leave a viewer desperate to watch it over & over again. I LOVE…

    Great to have our friends from out west (Rapid City) in this week to train with some of our Athletes! Always great when you can combine the 2 fastest training groups in the State with numerous State Titles & College Commits!

    When starting in on the specifics of Sprint Mechanics, we like to get back to the fundamentals of Accel/Max-V technique. The Curve Treadmill is an excellent tool for us in developing that! Great demo here from one of the Top Hurdlers in the state!

    Teach > Train After our Acceleration session & getting Electronic Timed Splits, we finished with video review to establish a checklist & plan of attack moving forward on our NFL Pro Day Prep. These guys are starting to get locked in on catching these goals!

    The flying sprint is a tool that allows us to evaluate the kinematics within the fly zone (electronic times) & Observe Mechanics ⁣ We can then pass this on to the Athlete to further our understanding of each technical model as we optimize sprint performance!

    “We have helped promote and donate t-shirts to the local 4H, they do a good job putting a camp on, and utilizing the funds for a farm safety book,” Boomsma said. The book, created by family members, is called, “Staying Safe on the Farm with Jaxon.”

    If your body takes a visit to speed city every week & enters a new territory, don’t go back there repeatedly. Go to tempo town instead & develop stiffness qualities in other ways. Give your body some time to breathe & dwell on what it has learned Then plan the next trip back!😉
