End cards w/ external links is a feature available to YPP members today but we're working on building out separate eligibility criteria so channels below the threshold can still use it. Will we still have access to custom thumbnails and videos longer than 15 mins? Isnt all that a part of the YPP? Or is it just going to effect ads
