Here are the therapy dogs who were at the gates of parkland to welcome back students today.
There is evil in the world, but also so much good.
Today marks the first time i was ever able to fly without a second seat or first class.
it took almost 2 months for me to finally get to where I can do it...
but for the first time tonight I was able to walk my dog completely around the block without stopping. No wheelchair, no stroller, no pausing. Just walking.
Small progress, but still progress. <3
In 3 months:
I have lost 7.5 inches around my waistline.
Bmi went from 74.1 to 63.8
Weight from 540 to 430.

I am so grateful for those of you who have stuck with me through all of this pain and suffering in the last 18 months.

Today i weighed In at 444. Not a goal just a cool number. 91 pounds down total so far.
Weight loss surgeon looked at my weight loss and gasped with a big smile. Says I am killing it :)

Most of my life is a mess but at least I am KILLING it in the health department :)
Aa of today I am over 200 pounds down from my biggest weight. Weight is holding steady here. Gonna have to do something extreme to shock the system soon. Probably a few weeks of protein shakes.
I feel like I should be satisfied with it. But I am not.

A year ago today I got gastric bypass surgery. Was at 540 pounds when we started the procedure.
I am now at 360. That's 180 pounds down.
I wanted to lose more. still have a 100 to lose before I am happy.
Then it's a life time of maintaining.
Best decision of my life.
