So let's expand upon this theory. Boogie hasn't uploaded in weeks but kept his verification. If it's possible it's due to him still being in Search Rankings, maybe those Search Rankings themselves are the criteria, and not necessarily uploaded frequency.

Because the correlation with Search Rankings and upload frequency is still there. People who upload more frequently usually are higher up in the search rankings, but you can still be high in the search rankings without having uploaded regularly in recent times.
