This is because of guns. Not gamers.

Explain me how mass shootings are so common in America but not in Europe or other first wolrld http://countries.It has something to do with gun control maybe? The fact that you have access to guns like these ones makes me happy I am not a US citizen
-
So unfortunately I don't feel gun control is the answer we need to enforce the ones we have and fix the mental health of the people first. The city's that have gun bans in America have the highest crime rate that includes 3 city's that holds 90% of the gun crimes we have...
-
If mental is the problem then japan would have been warzone. mental health is an issue in japan, they work over the 9 to 5, they have no time to love, no time to meet their family, all while in a shoe string salary. Yet over the past decade there is only 1 case of a gun shot.
-
No your right they just have the highest suicide rate.. Because that's not part of mental health right?
-
Gun control and mental health issues are both just major factor, we should not priotise one but ignore the other.
-
What's the fix? I would love to hear. Tell me why haven't you killed someone today? Because sane people don't just snap... Never in my life did I want to kill another human because I was upset.. I've played violent games at a young age and shot guns.

Have the US still not realised the effects of letting people as young as 18 legally purchase a rifle? Jeez another reason why I’m glad to be in the UK. Safe.
-
Not what I heard. Acid attacks, stabbings, knife and car bans...
-
Considering knives and other stabbings tend to have way less victims than someone with a rifle or gun that can attack you at very large ranges without being able to stop it immediately, yeah the UK seems pretty fuckin safe compared to the US.
-
Not what I heard, tons of rape and sex trafficking and terrorist attacks...
-
You’ll find that in most superpowers, one thing you won’t find in the UK is 154+ school shootings in less than 8 months

Some people are already blaming /Madden/ over the shooting. A Football game for it. People would rather deflect actual issues on scapegoats than fix actual issues.
-
I figured all of those “it’s the video games” people will try and blame a FOOTBALL video game over this shooting. No it’s crazy ass people that do shit like this.
-
Even if the game somehow triggered him to do the shooting, it's still not the games fault. Two words: Mental Health. The guy would have been too unstable and anything could have made him snapped. it just so happened to be a game in this instance.
-
Oh trust me I know. I’m a gamer and can’t stand when people blame video games

-
It is the only way to stop shootings.
-
i'm all for gun control
-
Me too man, we in the UK don't have it perfect but it seems to be working out. Even just hiking the taxes on guns and more stringent background checks/restricting the sales at "gun shows" would be a.good start.
-
Lol there is no loophole at a gun show. States need to report for a background check to work.
-
Ahhh yeah, this was a couple hours ago and I forgot to check in, but yeah, see my.other reply to dude above, I have misrepresented that gun show thing it seems, my bad.
-
No worries when I commented other replies didn't show lol
