The thing is, y’all were all on a trip. The child had time to become acquainted with one another enough so that embrace shouldn’t have been met with such a response. Not like it was a complete stranger and even then, everyone else hugged.

A hug lol. That was a social situation that demanded it. Sometimes we do have to hug ppl even if we don’t want to. Same with handshakes. Societal laws.
