It's literally the easiest way to show appreciation and love. It's bare minimum. How do people have relationships without talking? Or say they hate affirming their feelings for their partner? I'm as confused as you are

My love language is acts of service. I literally can not even really here words of affirmation. Like I don't believe you. But you put gas in my car AND cleaned the kitchen? Oh you for real love me. Irony is my husband needs words of affirmation. He projects that on me often.

Same. I don’t relate to needing WoA either. I can also see how it’s exhausting for people who don’t relate and a love that way. It’s different strokes for different folks.
