There are healthy & less harmful ways of reacting though. Anger doesn’t have to be the first resort. It gets hard though when you’re hurt. You get mad that you even let others hurt you.

It’s so very frustrating when your reactions are external because people either label you as aggressive if you’re angry or a damn cry baby if you cry. It’s a shame we are taught to just hold it all in. Some people just can’t and that’s okay.
