Plus self care and shadow work are not one and the same. Shadow work is that stuff nobody likes doing because it takes so much energy to do but once it’s done, you feel way better.

I look at self care as predominantly surface level “easy fixes” that have a dramatic effect on your mood/psyche. Nothing wrong with that.
