So I downloaded this app called Productive. You can set tasks for you to do and it keeps track of them. A habit tracker app.

So you put in a certain habit, and how many days a week you want to do it, what time you want to do it.

Then when you do it, you check it off as done. They have a free lite version, but the full version includes unlimited habits & stats.

It breaks the habits down so they don't look as intimidating. I know for me, my depression/anxiety makes me feel like it's impossible

The premise is, the less time you spend on your phone, you grow a "tree". If you exit out of the app, you kill a tree. You want a forest

So you set the time you want to spend doing whatever, and it's a timer essentially. But your "forest" grows. Or it dies. Depending on you.

It's a little way to keep you accountable without making you feel like total shit but making you feel like shit if your whole forest dies
