So I downloaded this app called Productive. You can set tasks for you to do and it keeps track of them. A habit tracker app.

So you put in a certain habit, and how many days a week you want to do it, what time you want to do it.

Then when you do it, you check it off as done. They have a free lite version, but the full version includes unlimited habits & stats.

It breaks the habits down so they don't look as intimidating. I know for me, my depression/anxiety makes me feel like it's impossible

Some days I look at everything I need/want to do and instead, I do nothing. I want to change that. Fighting depression/anxiety isn't easy.
