So you put in a certain habit, and how many days a week you want to do it, what time you want to do it.

Then when you do it, you check it off as done. They have a free lite version, but the full version includes unlimited habits & stats.
-
It breaks the habits down so they don't look as intimidating. I know for me, my depression/anxiety makes me feel like it's impossible
-
Some days I look at everything I need/want to do and instead, I do nothing. I want to change that. Fighting depression/anxiety isn't easy.
-
But there are little tools like that app that do make things a little easier for me.
-
So I'm starting with the lite version. These are the habits I want to create.pic.twitter.com/Me0feYdHpT
-
I also have this app to help me with staying off my phone as much while I begin these habits.pic.twitter.com/IbSA7SbUje
-
The premise is, the less time you spend on your phone, you grow a "tree". If you exit out of the app, you kill a tree. You want a forest

-
So you set the time you want to spend doing whatever, and it's a timer essentially. But your "forest" grows. Or it dies. Depending on you.
-
It's a little way to keep you accountable without making you feel like total shit but making you feel like shit if your whole forest dies

I would cuss this app out for not minding its business

-
It's not really obnoxious

-
I may have to try. I need to streamline my life.
