I've work in restaurants for years. Men are mostly always the head chef. Barely any women cooks as well. I've only worked at 1 w/ a woman

As either the sous chef or second in command. It's hard out here.

But I do notice women are more likely to be personal chefs or entrepreneurs in the food industry.
