When everyone is saying the same thing I always check myself. But I truly don’t know how to make people stop thinking I’m attacking them or upset when I make a statement
Do you experience this from the same type of people? I experience the same thing and it’s a little bit of truth to it but at the same time it’s some projection.

It’s all kinds of people tbh that’s why it makes it so frustrating for me. Literally all kinds of people.

I can relate. I try not to take it personally because everyone is different in how they communicate but it’s different when they’re always trying to make you the problem. I would honestly talk to those who know you the most and ask them how they see you and how you can improve.

I think that’s a really good idea. I just also hate to come off “woe is me y’all what do I do” lol

You’re probably the friend that never asks for help

Drag me but yes
that’s an even deeper issue lmao whew -
I feel like I’m talking to myself

but honestly I had to be forced into a damn near breakdown to actually go to my friends. The feeling of vulnerability is so much I hate it but it’s necessary. You have support and people that love you for who you are. Use them.

And I do agree with you 100%. There is truth to it and I work consciously to lower my voice, my tone, soften my delivery.
