I'm just surprised that they even compared her to THOSE 2...like even Kelly outsings ashanti and Aaliyah. And I love me some Aaliyah but I dont believe she'd have the vocal range either. Idk...I'm tryna think of what other singers were out around that time that MAYBE posed comp..

The only other artists from the 2000’s they could possibly compete with Beyoncé “vocal wise” are Deborah Cox & KeKe Wyatt. There hasn’t been any actual vocalists in the 2000’s

Bey wasn’t on they level lol I think just as a crossover artist they were compared the way ppl always compare women. Bey was new to being a solo artist so of course she was the “is she gonna be able to make it on her on” new girl on the block

Oh yes absolutely. There aren’t any other great. female vocalists from the 2000’s other than those 3. At this current point Beyonce has literally mastered her entire vocal range and sounds the best she ever has in her 22 year career.

Yes! I didn’t like Dangerously In Love tbh. I felt like she yelled a lot n I couldn’t connect to her music. But sis went to the lab n gave us B-Day and I’ve been a fan since lol She continues to grow n I love that. Not a plateau in sight

I love that album because it has some of her most timeless music even though Bday is my fav. But she definitely sings any song on DIL better today than she did when it came out

Now I loved her first album. I'm more of a fan of artists early work over the newer stuff they come out with. I listened to Beyonce, it wasnt one of my favorites and I'll admit I didnt listen to Lemonade. But DIL and Bday...absolutely
