Tried that already. I’ve been back and forth with the bank and rental company since May. Already wasted too much time on this so I’m hoping someone has some advice.

It seems as if your bank is the one causing the issue if it’s a pending hold. It makes absolutely no sense why the bank can’t release the hold if you have documentation on it and they just will not accept it. I would honestly threaten to bank elsewhere if this cannot be fixed.

I’m beyond that, I can’t wait to close the account with them Also don’t want to lose $900 though so I hope someone has some advice for me Otherwise I guess I’m asking my lawyer tomorrow

They legally can’t hold your money forever so you’ll def get it back. Hopefully they can resolve it swiftly.
