If you’re in the thick of it, you get to decide where you go next. This is the perfect time to change lanes or course correct. This is real adulthood.

28-29 I worked two jobs: 60+ hrs a week, 7 days a week. Money was great but I was losing my sanity so I decided I needed to find one job that could replace my 2. Didn’t make as much money but having more free time helped my mental. 30, I got a promotion.
-
3 months in, I realized again the money wasn’t worth the mental distress. Here I am now, 30, starting over. Only thing I’ve lost is money but regaining mental clarity means I can move forward and better choose how to get the money without all the mental stress

My brother passed when I was 27 and it was mostly just depression after that. This year has been my first real year of living life in hopes he can experience it thru me

Lost my mother and grandma the same year. Gained a new look on life. A healthy respect for how short life can be and an excitement towards looking to maximize the time we have. It was like I woke up.

Blessings! hold on to positive feelings and not the physical attachments. If something does come your way it won’t knock you down. Your highs are really high and your lows are really low when you aren’t centered to begin with. I learned this the hard way
