I thought it prevented implantation by thickening the uterine lining? It’s similar to how BC works and some BC can be taken like plan B if you take several pills at once (I had someone tell me this I forget if it was my friend in med school or some rando don’t quote me

It does both. But if ovulation already occurred, it won’t prevent it. It may stop a fertilized egg from implanting but like all birth control, it isn’t 100% effective

I think it actually thins the uterine lining bc thick lining makes it easier to implant that’s why we shed lining on our periods

Definitely do. Ugh. I’m glad you found some that work but dammit I hate how you get a medicine for one thing and it messes other things up
